We would love for you to be a part of the Dauphine’s Promise family, and there are many great ways to be involved. No matter how you give, our work just isn’t possible without your generous support.
What does it take to change 1 life?

$300 per year, less than 1 dollar per day, pays all expenses to send a child to primary boarding school for 1 year.

1. Room - Each girl is given a bed to sleep in
2. Board/Food - the cooking staff serves 3 healthy meals a day
3. Monthly Exams - Necessary to pass grades as per Ugandan standards
4. Clothing/Uniforms - Several sets of clothing for different activities
5. Co-Curricular Activities - Sports and field trips
6. Paper, Pencils, Art Supplies
7. Watchmen - Gate Guards - Provide a safe environment for children
8. Compound - Kasiisi Primary School is located on a large gated parcel
9. Electricity - A luxury in rural Uganda and must be supplied
10. Church - Supporting a very strong religious community
11. Cleaners - Sanitation and providing a safe space
12. Repairs - Necessary to keep everything running
While we are not affiliated with any religion, we recognize the church as a cornerstone of the Kabarole district and include it as a representative voice of the people.

$100 (every 4 months) pays for 1 term boarding.
$75 pays for a day student (non-boarded) for 1 year.
$66 pays for startup costs for a new student (Mattress, blanket, bedding, uniform, casual wear, and school supplies.)
$35 pays for food for 1 student for 1 term
Any amount is always welcome and benefits needy children. Even $5 or $6 can purchase paper and pencils which are always needed
